Services provided by Devine & Gibson

Workplace focused: Devine & Gibson pays particular attention to all workplace related issues, where employers have a legal duty of care, such as
  • workplace stress
  • bullying
  • harassment
  • discrimination

  • Devine & Gibson have access to a National network of over 600 professional counsellors / therapists who are fully qualified and insured by the professional bodies of Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body [CPCAB] and The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy [BACP] .

    Personal and family issues: Domestic causes of stress and anxiety are also focused on within this service.

    Devine & Gibson can offer a variety of counselling options, depending on your company's individual requirements. As a company you can offer your employees the option of face-to-face counselling, telephone counselling and on-line [e-mail] counselling [this service is in early stages, website will be updated when this service is available].

    Face to Face Counselling

    The face to face counselling will consist of:
  • a certificate to show that your Company has an EAP service in place
  • posters provided placed in common areas used by all employees describing the services that are available to them
  • a block of six sessions for all employees [this can be tailored to suit your company's requirements]
  • total employee confidentiality
  • an 0845 number [local rate] answered by a Devine & Gibson counsellor
  • appointment within five working days of initial contact.

  • Telephone Counselling

    The telephone counselling will consist of:
  • a certificate to show that your Company has an EAP service in place
  • posters provided placed in common areas used by all employees describing the services that are available to them
  • a block of six telephone sessions for all employees [this can be tailored to suit your company's requirements]
  • total employee confidentiality

  • 24 / 7 availablility
