Terms and Conditions

1] Six face to face block couselling sessions.
  • Devine & Gibson require a 24 hour cancellation period.
  • If a session is cancelled it is counted as one of the six sessions.
  • If a client misses two or more consecutive weeks [without first contacting Devine & Gibson] the remaining sessions will no longer be available to them.
  • If Devine & Gibson are contacted then the remaining sessions will still be available to the client.
  • If for any reason the Devine & Gibson counsellor has to cancel a session, they are required to give 24 hours notice and this missed session will not count as one of the clients sessions.
  • If the client arrives late for a session the session will still end at the arranged time.


  • 2] All employees are required to have proof of identification showing proof of workplace. This identification could be a wage slip, as long as it shows the name of the individual and the company they are employed by. Also required is a current driving licence, a Passport or a Works ID card.

    3] Confidentiality will only be broken wherby (i) the client [employee] becomes a danger to him / herself or others, or in the event of a summons by the English Court of Law. This break in confidentiality will always be discussed first with the client in question.

    4] The councellors right to terminate councelling sessions are as follows:
  • If an amployee arrives at a session under the influence of any drug, including alcohol
  • If an employee displays physically aggressive or threatening behaviour


  • If any of the above conditions apply the session will be stopped and will count as one full session. Devine & Gibson will review any further proposed session with the client if they wish to continue with the remaining sessions. Devine & Gibson reserve the right to change the counsillor / therapist in this event. If the client chooses not to continue, this decision will be given in feedback to the company and the remainder of the six sessions will be terminated.

    5] If the number of company employees increases or decreases by ten or more, the costing will be reviewed by Devine & Gibson. An increase of over ten employees will result in a seperate contract for the additional employees, at additional cost based on the remaining time of the original contract with Devine & Gibson.

    Closure of Files

    At the end of the contract Devine & Gibson will place all files relating to the contract in archive storage for a minimum period of ten years. Unless Devine & Gibson receive written instructions to the company in order to answer queries in the future, after the files have been closed and archived, Devine & Gibson will reserve the right to charge for every additional piece of work as a result of complying with new instructions.
